Description : This stamp series celebrates the lowrider car culture, which is deeply rooted in 1940s-era working-class Mexican American and Chicano communities across the American Southwest. The cars are viewed as rolling canvases of stylized art, famous for their dazzling paint jobs, customized interiors, and hydraulic systems that allow them to hop and bounce. While the full series includes five unique car designs, the three featured on this cover include :
